Life has been busy and hectic lately with a lot of unplanned road trips and a two mile-long to do list. But this weekend we had the luxury of having a to do list that’s only one mile long.

The weather was beautiful on Saturday — warm, sunny, definitely not November weather — and I have a feeling it’s one of our last warm days for a long time. For our errands day I wore the navy blue shrug that I wore during our wedding reception. I love basics that can go from wedding gown fancy to Saturday errands casual.

I paired the shrug with a white top, cropped jeans, a soft grey scarf, and some red patent leather flats. I also threw my hair into a sky-high top knot!

I love the back of the shrug.  I’ll definitely be incorporating this into my outfits more.
