As you all know, I love fashion, all things that shimmer, and a good DIY project. So I felt like the stars were aligning when Swarovski Elements asked me if I’d like to review their new magazine, Create Your Style. Yes, please!
This fab mag made the journey all the way from Austria to reach this blogger’s doorstep, and I’ve gotta say, I tore through that magazine in no time. It’s chock full of fashion inspiration and DIY projects that incorporate drop-dead gorgeous Swarovski crystals.
Each year, the Create Your Style magazine has a theme, and this year the theme is sound. The magazine details how crystal and sound are related. Contemporary musicians whose costumes are bedazzled in Swarovski crystals are featured — like Katy Perry, Beyonce, and Carrie Underwood.
My absolute favorite part of the magazine is the DIY inspiration, of course! Trendy and fabulous DIY projects are shared. Each project includes step-by-step instructions so you can recreate the projects yourself.
