There’s nothing better than a cute dress that’s more comfortable than jeans and a sweatshirt. Such a dress lets you look all dolled up, but you’re secretly comfy enough to curl up and take a cat nap. This grey little frock that I wore this past weekend is one of those  dresses.

I got this dress during last year’s Modcloth Cabin Fever sale. This is going to sound crazy, but for  a while I thought it was cursed. The first time I wore it, I got in a fender bender. The next time I wore it my car broke down. But this time I wore it car-problem free! I paired it with my red tights and some black knee socks for layered warmth.

I braided my bangs down to the end, and it turned out really cute! It’s my new favorite way to keep my hair out of my face.
