What I wore: Modcloth Scarf, Urban Outfitters Cardigan, Forever21 Top, Gap Jeans, Madewell Booties
Where I wore it: Sunday was one of those days that I could repeat again and again. Karin and I met in Zionsville for a mid-morning brunch to catch up and exchange Christmas presents. It’s not that we haven’t seen each other since Christmas, but exchanging gifts two months late is just how we roll. I got her some silver stacking rings from Gatlinburg, and she got me an anchor tee, a funny photo of Chris and me, and some clip-on earrings. (For the record: I do not have my ears pierced! She’s the first person who’s ever gotten me clip-on earrings, and they’re SO cute and thoughtful. And they look like real earrings!)

We at at Patrick’s Kitchen, which is right in downtown Zionsville. Karin had a veggie omelet and toast with blueberry preserves (which she said were amazing), and I had eggs Benedict.

I’ve had this floral top for several years, but I think this is my favorite way I’ve worn it so far. Its dark orange and grey roses are a good wintery floral and match my velvet Modcloth scarf perfectly!

How’s the week going so far? Mine’s been pretty average, but there’s nothing wrong with that when you’re a 9 to 5er! Tomorrow night I have plans to get drinks after work with a couple coworkers, and then the weekend will be here before I know it.
See you Friday for Life Lately in Photos!
I can’t believe you don’t have you ears pierced… That is actually kinda cool!! Cute top!
Looooove those boots.
Love that floral top, and I’m digging the way you styled it!
