What I wore: Modcloth horse top, Madewell denim shorts, Minnetonka Moccasins, Timex watch, navy blue hair ribbon, Sunglass Warehouse shades
Where I wore it: On Sunday to brunch with Karin and then out running errands with Chris.
This horse-patterned top is one of my favorite pieces of clothing I own. I hadn’t worn it yet this summer because it’s been so hot, but Sunday morning was a little breezier than usual. The last time I wrote it, I winterized it with a turtleneck and corduroy pants:

Have you been enjoying the Olympics? I really like watching gymnastics and track, but my favorite is the equestrian events. I love watching dressage and jumping. I just with they’d show more of it! Watching some early morning jumping events is what inspired me to wear my horse-patterned top.
Ooh love this top! Such a cute print.
Sea and Swank
Thanks Susie!
This blouse makes me want to go horseback riding! (Probably not recommended for a 32.5 week pregnant woman, huh?) Did you know that Kyle has NEVER been horseback riding?!
Ha! Yeah, I’d say it’s a no-go for a couple more months
I remember talking about how he’s never been on a horse back in college…but I can’t believe he STILL hasn’t!
PS – I think we’re booking a Gatlinburg vaca soon!
Cute top!
Rachel’s Lookbook
Thanks Rachel
I like the top, but I LOVE how you did your hair even more!! How did you pin the bun like that so perfectly? Not to mention the cute black ribbon! (I tried it last night, but I had too much loose hair falling off. =/)

Thanks Gracie! I pulled it to the side in a low pony and then twisted it around into a bun, secured it with a tie, and pinned it so it was secure against my head. I then tied a ribbon around it!
Perfect shirt !!!
I especially love this top for the summer look.. Would look great in fall with a pair of skinny jeans and heals also.. http://pinknmascara.wordpress.com
