I like the occasional margarita, but I really don’t care for those bottled mixes that are so sugary/sweet/tart. And sometimes I really don’t feel like juicing 5 limes to make a drink. It felt like I found gold when I discovered that San Pellegrino Limonata makes a margarita that tastes like a fresh-squeezed margarita without the work.
Here’s how I make San Pellegrino margaritas!

Ingredients for one drink:
- 1 wedge lime
- Salt
- Ice
- 2 ounces tequila
- San Pellegrino Limonata (One can makes two normal-sized margarita glasses of drink)
Cut a slit in the lime wedge, and run the wedge around the edge of the margarita glass. Run the edge of the glass through salt. Add ice to the glass, and pour in the tequila. Fill the glass with the San Pellegrino, and garnish with the lime wedge.
Enjoy!

YUM – this needs to go in the summer cocktail rotation!

It’s a must! The cashier at Whole Foods also told us that the blood orange kind is really good with gin.
That’s very sweet

What a great idea! So much easier for cocktail-making. I’ll definitely have to give this a shot.
Yay, I hope you like it!
Perfect summer cocktail! Definitely trying it this weekend!
You’ll love it!
Yum, I want some, unfortunately they don’t sell them in the UK :/
Have a beautiful day

I think Schweppes makes a similar version – if I remember correctly it’s called Agrum in France? We were absolutely addicted to it when I was there. Hope that helps!

Yum! Now all I have to do is buy the ingredients. It’s going to be worth the trip to the grocery.
