On Saturday, we traveled up to Fort Wayne for a family wedding. It was so much fun! We left a couple hours earlier than we needed to and stopped at a couple antique shops that we pass every time we go to my grandma’s, but never have time to check out.

We got to the wedding a little early, and we took the photos above. I wore my green dress from Anthropologie (that I also wore for our engagement photos last spring) and a floral scarf.

The wedding was really nice, and it was full of the couple’s personalities. They had a photo booth, an ice cream bar, and dinner was so good! Instead of normal catered wedding food, they had pulled pork with barbecue, beans, and tasty potato salad — Southern comfort food at its best!

This is a busy week for me. Today, I’m traveling up to Chicago for a copy writing workshop with my work friend, Sarah. We’re excited to learn a lot, but also maybe see a little bit of the city .
