Valentine’s Day Fashion

Ladies, we’ve got some work to do this weekend: choosing that oh-so-important Valentine’s Day outfit! There’s nothing more fun than donning those rose-hued glasses for a day and loving everything red-and-pink romance. I’ve got outfit tips for you, no matter if your night involves a date, a night out with the girls, or a cozy night in.

Are you expecting to be wined and dined on Tuesday? It’s better to overdressed than be  under-dressed for such an occasion. Get a sweet red frock and some polka-dotted tights. Some simple black pumps and a faux fur shrug are a demure touch to this ensemble. Accessorize with a nude lip, a blush-hued clutch, a fancy headband, and a ruby red cocktail ring. Your date will only have eyes for you!

No date? No worries! Whatever you do, don’t spend the night with a pint of ice cream watching reruns of Sex and the City. Get a group of friends together for a fun night out dancing. Wear a sassy LBD, red tights, and black ankle booties. Give yourself some glam cat eyes and a sultry pout. Add some fun touches with a heart headband, a sequined clutch, or even some heart-shaped sunglasses. Get it, girl!

Cozy Night Outfit:

Maybe you and your special someone want to avoid crowded restaurants and save some money. Nothing wrong with that! Cook your favorite meal, pop in a romantic movie, and get out a couple board games. Wear some cozy leggings with a red oversized sweater. Layer it up with some over-the-knee socks and a pink circle scarf. Keep your makeup minimal and natural, and wear simple accessories.

So what will it be? Sweet romance, sassy glam, or cozy cuddly?
